ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:

Brian K. Hicks, President of Hicks Partners, is a former chief of staff to the Governor of Ohio.  He was instrumental in creating the Ohio Third Frontier Project and has been involved with numerous business and economic development initiatives.

Dr. William D. Timmons, President, CTO, and founder of EnteraTech, Inc., has over 20 years experience in technology innovation and development.  Bill and his team have helped clients raise over $50 million in Ohio Third Frontier grants.

Patrick Valente, Vice President of Hicks Partners, formerly led the Ohio Department of Development Technology Division where he managed the Third Frontier Project.  Pat is uniquely qualified to provide strategic insight to help create winning Third Frontier grant applications.

Emily Turner is the Economic Development Specialist at Hicks Partners.  Emily is a former senior associate at KPMG LLP and has more than 15 years of experience in local, county and state economic development agencies.
